I know I have been out for the week. I have worked late every night on a project that is going live in two weeks.

I have more material coming. I am working on a post “The Right Cooking Tool for the Right Job”. It will take me a few more days to complete it, but I hope you will find it useful.

In the mean time, if you have ideas or are interested in seeing a certain topic or recipe, please let me know. You can email me or post a comment.

I love to post information that is useful for all.

Sorry this is short, but wanted to let you know, more is coming, and encourage comments or emails with your thoughts and suggestions.

In the mean time, check out some of the other posts or pages I have.

Thank you

Good luck on your Post a Week goal for the year.

As for a recommendation, I would be interested in what the famous local favorite recipe is in your area. Just a thought.

That is a good idea. I will do some research on that. The one place that springs to my head is a pizza place here in Stamford Connecticut that is a hot spot for a long time. I have been there and they have great thin crust pizza.

I can do it justice in March when my project is live and I have some time to go talk to them and check it out again.

I have contacts at work and friends local to the area I can start asking around.

Also – it could be a favorite recipe by Cuisine Category: Pizza, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Italian (not-pizza), etc..

      Thank you for the idea.
